一准备活动

Let’s dance: rabbit dance
   T: Do you know rabbit dance？
   Ss: Yes.
   T: Do you want to learn?
   Ss: Yes.
   T: First we review two words: left right.
   播放音乐，学生围成圈蹦或在自己的位子上左右蹦。Ss: Listen  、dance and play together.   
通过 Let’s dance， 营造学习英语的氛围，激发学生的学习兴趣，同时也复习巩固所学知识，为新课学习做好准备。
 Chant有活力能很好的激活学生的兴趣。
二阅读前活动    
 1. Let’s play
  T: If you go by car, by bike or on foot, you must watch the traffic lights .Do you know how many traffic lights?
  Ss: Three. Red、yellow and green.
  T: You are right. Now let’s play. (找几组学生上台过马路)I’m show traffic lights, you go, ok ?  Who can do right, who’s winner？
   师出示红、黄、绿灯的牌子， 学生做过马路的动作。
  T:总结 Red means stop, green means go, yellow means wait.(师板书means并教读)
  2. T: Except traffic lights , Do you know how many traffic rules?     Ss: 走路要靠右走 ，用汉语说出。
T：站在课前画好的分道线的右侧，往前走，边走边说：“Now I’m a driver, I’m driving on the right side of the road.”(师做开车的动作，并发出开车的声音)  师再沿路的左侧往前走，请一名同学描述：You ‘re driving on the left side of the road.”
T: Boys and girls, who can tell me which is right and  which is wrong In China?
T与Ss: 一起讨论。
T：总结In China ,drivers drive on the right side of the road.(板书和教读)（Boys，girls，group，one by one）
 3. T: Boys and girls, we know in different countries, are the same traffic lights, but the traffic rules are different.（板书same与different，并进行比较。）In China ,drivers drive on the right side of the road. What about other countries? America,   England, Australia…….
（课件出示四个国家（中国与美国一起、英国和澳大利亚一起）公共汽车开动的图片，并带有人物，例如，Chen Jie 、 Sarah） 
  T: What’s the difference between the two pictures? Which picture is about China and the US? Which picture is about England and Australia?
  T引导学生Ss: In China and the US, drivers drive on the right side of the road.(在China旁边板书the US) In England and Australia ,however, drivers drive on the left side of the road.(板书和教读)（Boys，girls，group，one by one）
4.  Competition（竞赛）
T: Boys and girls, let’s have a competition. I find two students come to the black board. Say: Every county’s the traffic lights and the traffic rules. T and the other students say :“one ,two ,three begin”.
T做示范：The traffic lights are the same in every county. But the traffic rules are different .In China and the US, drivers drive on the right side of the road. In England and Australia, however, drivers drive on the left side of the road. S1:....
