Listening and Writing
Strengthen what students have learnt.
教学目标
1. Practise listening and improve students’ listening ability .
2. Practise writing and teach students to learn how to write a passage about a person.
教学重点、难点：
1. Deal with the listening part on p. 69
2. Direct students how to write a passage about a person .

1、组织教学（Good Morning, class . Today we will do listening and writing .）
2.复习提问
1). Do you know why Elias joined the ANC Youth League ?
2). Who was William Tyndale ?
3). Do you want to know more information about them ?
3、Do listening
1).Turn to page 37 and look at Using Language part
a. Ask students to read the questions and guess the answers .
b. Play the tape twice .
c. Ask students to discuss the answers and then do it together .
(answers are : BCDCCC )
2). Turn to page 69 and do the listening part .
This exercise is difficult for students to do because students are required
to write down much information after listening . As a result , if students can
just get two or three pieces of information ,that’s OK .
